A thoroughly enjoyable tour to the historic City of Stirling in the heart of Scotland surrounded by the battlegrounds of Scottish Independence. We take in some great scenery on route and visit a spectacular castle tucked away in the hills. Alternatively we can visit the grandiose Wallace Monument, built to commemorate our national hero William Wallace. The main attraction is, of course, a visit to the famous Stirling Castle. If time permits, perhaps a tour and wee dram at a fine distillery...or perhaps a visit to the battlegrounds of independence. An altogether great day out!
This tour is a full day excursion from Dundee or St Andrews area
