Westward, into Central Scotland we go and
deep into the Trossachs National Park area otherwise known as Rob Roy Country (i.e. our other national hero).
We pass through some stunning scenery and you'll have opportunity to visit a fine little distillery in the
highland town of Crieff. However if the Distillery does not tickle your taste buds then we can substitute that
with one of many alternatives including a visit to Doune Castle, a magnificent Courtyard Castle
(scene of Monty Python & Holy Grail). The main attraction however is the heart of the trossachs area and a
visit to the stunning scenery of Loch Katrine where you will have an opportunity for lunch and perhaps a 1hr cruise on the Loch or just a walk
or cycle ride around part of the Loch. We also visit the highland towns of Aberfoyle and Callander stopping
for a short while to absorb the ambience of the area. A great day fun day out for whole the family!
