A thoroughly enjoyable tour to the historic City of Stirling in the heart of Scotland surrounded by the battlegrounds of Scottish Independence. We take in some great scenery on route and visit a spectacular castle tucked away in the hills. Alternatively we can visit the grandiose Wallace Monument, built to commemorate our national hero. The main attraction is, of course, a visit to the famous Stirling Castle and, if time permits, perhaps a wee dram at a distillery...or perhaps a visit to the battlegrounds of independence. An altogether great day out!
