2025 has been a very busy year with tourism in Scotland back to pre-2019 levels. Many of my customers this year originated from USA, Canada, Singapore, South Korea and some parts of Europe etc. and most of my time was spent on Multi-day tours. One of the main challenges was an increased expectation of high end 5 star accommodation which can be difficult to satisfy especially when travelling into some of the remoter parts of Scotland. However, I managed to meet and surpass everyone's expectations with the accommodation and tours and feedback was all very positive. I look forward to surpassing everyone's expectations in the 2026 season ahead.
